Spinning accompanied by vibration, on the other hand, feels as though the equipment is "shaking all over," and is most often caused by issues with internal components. The most common culprit is an unbalanced crankshaft-much like a person walking with an unsteady, lopsided gait. As the equipment's "core skeleton," if the crankshaft becomes unbalanced, it will generate vibrations during operation. Additionally, cylinder misfires or damage to the diesel pump piston can also trigger vibrations. For instance, if a single cylinder is "slacking on the job" and failing to generate power, the resulting uneven power output will cause the equipment to spin and vibrate; these specific details require careful troubleshooting.
