Easy Loading
Material can be easily loaded into the hopper from the side using a small dump truck. The hopper is generously sized, capable of holding 0.7 m³ of asphalt mixture-approximately 1.65 tons.
Uniform Feeding
The scraper conveyor located at the bottom of the hopper is constructed from wear-resistant high-manganese steel; it is responsible for conveying the material rearward to the auger spreader. The two auger spreaders can be controlled independently, ensuring a more uniform and consistent paving finish.
Easy Transport
The entire machine weighs less than 1.45 tons and has a compact footprint: 3 meters in length, 1.22 meters in width, and 1.5 meters in height. It can be easily towed away using any small trailer, resulting in significant savings on transport costs.

The Challenge
