This battery operated remote control lawn mower features a self-generating system; an integrated alternator continuously charges its dual 24V batteries, eliminating the need for frequent stops to recharge. Its hybrid technology makes operation more efficient and convenient. Additionally, it comes with a powerful snow plow attachment, making it useful during the winter months as well.
Despite weighing 163 kg, it is capable of climbing 45-degree slopes with excellent stability. Powered by brushless DC drive motors paired with rubber tracks and gearboxes, it offers superior durability and power output compared to brushed motor systems. It boasts a remote control range of 200 meters, allowing for remote operation of startup, shutdown, and cutting height adjustments.

Undercarriage Upgrade

Switched from single-row to double-row wheels and increased track length by 40mm; the machine is more stable on slopes and less prone to side-slipping.

Motor Upgrade

Replaced the original brushed motor with a 24V brushless DC motor. It offers higher power and a longer lifespan-ideal for components like rubber tracks that require continuous torque.

Controller Upgrade

Upgraded from a standard brushed controller to a "dual closed-loop brushless controller," providing precise control over motor speed and torque for highly responsive handling.

1. Can this machine be used in the rain?
Use in the rain is not recommended. While the chassis has some waterproofing and anti-corrosion treatment, the controller and motor are not fully waterproof, and rainwater could damage the circuitry. It is best suited for operation on sunny days or after the dew has dried.

2. How long can it operate continuously on a full charge?
The self-charging system continuously replenishes the battery during operation, so there is no fixed "runtime per charge" figure. In actual testing, continuous mowing on medium-density grass can generally be performed without stopping the machine. In extremely thick or dense grass conditions, you may occasionally need to let the machine idle in place for a moment to allow the battery to recharge slightly.

3. What if the remote control is lost or broken?
You can contact us to purchase a replacement remote control separately; pairing with the machine is required before shipment. We recommend ordering a spare remote control when you place your initial order to avoid future inconvenience.

4. Does the product have export certifications such as CE or RoHS?
The machine comes standard with a brushless motor and a self-generating system; CE certification is available. Certifications for other regions (such as FCC, UKCA, or KC) can be arranged based on order volume, though costs and timelines must be discussed separately.

5. Is the export packaging suitable for sea freight? Can the units be stacked?
We use fumigation-free wooden crates with internal foam padding and securing brackets. The crates can be stacked two high (requiring forklift operation), and we provide diagrams for container loading plans. We recommend confirming loading quantities in advance for bulk orders.

6. What is the MOQ?
The MOQ for the complete remote control lawn mower unit is 1 unit (for sample orders). For bulk orders, we recommend a minimum of 5 units to help distribute packaging and certification costs.
