Product Advantages
Reliable Power
Equipped with the Changchai 192 diesel engine-a widely used model with high market penetration-ensuring easy access to spare parts, affordable maintenance, and minimal downtime.
Extensive Configuration Options
Engine options include National II, National IV, EPA, and Euro V standards, meeting the emission requirements of various regions so you never have to worry about failing environmental compliance checks.
Flexible and User-Friendly
Features a tight 2.1-meter turning radius and 0–8 km/h stepless speed adjustment, allowing for precise compaction in narrow roads, tight corners, and around manhole covers.
Electronic Water Spray System
Electronically controlled pressurized water system ensures uniform water distribution, preventing asphalt from sticking to the drums while also conserving water.
Products Applications
The DR 1500H Mini Road Roller Machine is ideally suited for the following scenarios:
Rural Roads & Residential Alleys: Its compact width ensures easy access and maneuverability.
Municipal Maintenance & Pothole Repair: Offers flexible turning capabilities, allowing for construction work without the need to close off main thoroughfares.
Factory Floors & Parking Lot Foundations: Delivers uniform compaction and a high degree of surface flatness.
Pipeline Backfilling & Edge Compaction: Serves as the perfect complement to larger road rollers for finishing edges and tight corners.
Small-scale Asphalt Paving: Equipped with a water spraying system and vibrating drum, it prevents asphalt from sticking to the wheels or tearing the surface texture.
In short: For all those places where a large road roller simply cannot fit, the DR 1500H steps in-and gets the job done flawlessly.

Case Study
Client
A small-scale municipal engineering contractor based in Texas, USA, specializing in the renovation of residential roads, sidewalks, and parking lots.
Problem
Previously, the client relied on large road rollers; however, these machines were unable to access narrow areas, necessitating manual soil compaction. This process was inefficient, resulted in uneven surfaces, and frequently led to complaints from clients.
Solution
Carlos purchased a DR-1500H Mini Road Roller Machine. With a width of just 920mm, it navigates narrow lanes with ease. Its intuitive controls-featuring both push-buttons and a steering wheel-allow for a quick learning curve. Furthermore, the front roller delivers a 30kN excitation force at a high frequency of 75Hz, ensuring effective compaction in a single pass.
Results
- Tasks that previously took half a day of manual labor are now completed in less than one hour.
- Road surfaces are consistently smooth and level, resulting in zero client complaints.
- The machine can be transported and operated by a single person, significantly saving on labor costs.
Carlos's Quote: "This little machine paid for itself in two months. Best decision I made."
Products Description
1. USA – Contractor Mike
"This little roller is a beast. I used it for a driveway and parking lot patch job. The vibration is strong, turns sharp, and the water spray actually works – no asphalt sticking. Best grand I've spent."
2. Australia – Pete
"Turns on a dime. Love it."
3. UK – Steve
"Water spray works great. No sticky asphalt."
4. Canada – Construction Foreman Jean
"Used it on a cold morning to compact gravel base. Fired right up. Hydraulic drive makes it smooth, and the 30kN vibration packs down fast. Way better than those cheap Chinese rollers."
FAQ
1. How long is the production cycle?
For standard configurations (e.g., featuring the Changchai 192 engine), shipment can typically be arranged within 7-15 days. If a specialized engine or specific emission standard (such as EPA or Euro V) is required, the process may take 20-25 days. For large-volume orders, please communicate your requirements in advance.
2. How do you package the machines? Is there a risk of damage during transit?
We offer two packaging options: fumigation-free wooden crates (dimensions: 2250 × 990 × 1650 mm) and steel-frame stacking packaging (dimensions: 2280 × 1000 × 2560 mm). Wooden crates are ideal for single-unit shipments, while steel-frame packaging is better suited for bulk container shipments. The machines are securely fastened, and protective padding is applied to the corners, so you can rest assured that transit damage is highly unlikely.
3. How is the delivery date calculated?
Once production is complete, the delivery timeframe depends on your chosen shipping method:
LCL/Break Bulk: Typically takes 25-35 days to reach most ports.
FCL (Full Container Load): Can take as little as 20-30 days.
Air Freight: Takes 1-2 weeks; however, due to the high shipping costs associated with such heavy machinery, this method is generally not recommended.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
Our standard terms are a 30% deposit followed by the remaining 70% balance paid prior to shipment. We also accept L/C (Letter of Credit) payments, though this entails additional processing fees and time. For long-standing clients, alternative payment arrangements may be negotiated.
