Products Features and Advantages
Premium Materials
The frame and skip are constructed from high-quality, low-alloy, high-strength manganese steel (Q345B) using an integrated stamping and welding process. This steel offers high yield strength, providing excellent impact and wear resistance. The skip features a 4 mm wall thickness, effectively withstanding deformation and wear from large rocks and heavy loads of sand, gravel, bricks, and construction debris; its service life far exceeds that of standard models made from A3 carbon steel.

Heavy-Duty Undercarriage

The undercarriage utilizes a heavy-duty welded steel frame rather than simple bent steel plates. Internal reinforcement ribs ensure the chassis longitudinal beams resist twisting and deformation even under a full 1,200 kg load. A ground clearance of 110 mm, combined with a robust, sealed underbody guard, effectively prevents mud and grit from entering the bearings and protects critical moving parts.
The drive system employs professional-grade, cut-resistant rubber tracks with a width of 180 mm. Reinforced with embedded high-strength steel wire strands, these tracks offer superior tensile strength and tear resistance compared to standard rubber tracks, ensuring durability and preventing chunking when traveling over gravel surfaces. The all-steel bottom track rollers (flanged design) mesh tightly with the tracks, ensuring smooth travel. All track rollers and drive sprockets are equipped with double-lip seals and composite bearings, enabling long-term operation in muddy or wet environments without the risk of sand ingress or seizure.

Hydraulic Slewing Mechanism

The hopper's 180° rotation system is driven by an independent hydraulic slewing motor. Key internal seals utilize imported high-pressure resistant oil seals (NBR material), ensuring smooth, leak-free rotation even under heavy loads and preventing issues such as "soft legs" (instability) or the inability to rotate due to unbalanced loads.
Products Applications
Landscaping: Transporting soil, turf, and landscaping stones; rubber tracks protect lawns and handle slopes with ease.
Agriculture & Orchards: Maneuvering through narrow rows of fruit trees to transport produce, fertilizer, and feed; capable of navigating muddy ground after rain.
Narrow Worksites/Indoor Use: Easily passes through standard doorways to efficiently transport sand, gravel, cement, or construction debris.
Municipal & Maintenance: Used for trench backfilling, slope maintenance, and material transport on snow-covered roads in winter.
