Self Loading Tracked Dumper

When working on landscaping, orchard harvesting, or renovating older residential areas, narrow or slippery paths often pose a major headache: large trucks cannot enter, while manual carts are slow and exhausting. The self loading tracked dumper was designed specifically to solve these problems.

Despite its compact size (under one meter wide), the machine features a robust chassis equipped with wide rubber tracks. It moves steadily across mud, gravel, and even snow without getting stuck or damaging the turf. Its "secret weapon" is the rotating hopper - eliminating the need for laborious U-turns. By simply rotating the hopper left or right, the operator can precisely dump sand, soil, or debris into trenches or designated spots, effectively doubling work efficiency. Operation is straightforward, relying on a few control levers for movement and dumping; the absence of complex electronics ensures high reliability.

180° Rotating Hopper

This is the key feature distinguishing it from standard dumpers. The hopper can rotate to the side while the machine remains stationary, eliminating the need to reposition the entire vehicle. This function is incredibly practical for tasks like backfilling narrow trenches or unloading materials near corners.

Rubber Track Chassis

The 180mm-wide rubber tracks, combined with multiple load-bearing rollers, provide excellent traction while minimizing damage to the ground surface. With a ground clearance of 110mm, it easily navigates over steps and obstacles like rocks.

The operator station is free of complicated LCD displays, featuring only a few physical control levers. Functions such as forward movement, reversing, dumping, and rotation are all within easy reach, making maintenance and servicing hassle-free.

Robust Construction

The vehicle body is constructed from thick sheet metal, and the yellow baked-enamel finish is highly durable, resisting fading even when exposed to wind and sun outdoors. The front radiator grille and side panels open easily, allowing for convenient daily inspections of the engine and hydraulic lines.

It comes standard with a 420cc Briggs & Stratton engine (customization available upon request) delivering 13.5 horsepower and easy recoil starting. It runs on standard 92-octane gasoline - the same type used in passenger cars - so there is no need to hunt for diesel when working at remote sites.

With a total width of just 900mm, it easily passes through standard residential doorways, courtyard gates, or narrow orchard paths. Its ultra-tight turning radius of 1300mm allows for U-turns even in extremely confined indoor spaces.

It operates at 5 km/h - roughly the speed of a brisk walk. This is an ideal pace for a load-bearing machine; it ensures safety while maintaining efficient transport volume. Combined with hydraulic tipping and rotation capabilities, it saves both time and physical effort.

Orchards and Greenhouses: Ideal for hauling harvested fruit or transporting fertilizer across uneven orchard terrain. The tracks do not damage muddy ground and handle small inclines with ease.
